Pensare troppo – to overthink, to think too much
A: “Penso troppo, cosa posso fare?”

A: “I think too much, what can I do?”
B: “I read in ‘The Power of Now’ that every time you think too much you should repeat in your mind ‘I wonder what my next thought will be’ and then you will stop thinking. It works for me, try it!”
Piacevole – pleasant
